Internationale Lomonossow-Schule Berlin

The Internationale Lomonossow-Schule (ILS) is a state-approved bilingual full-day gymnasium serving Berlin's large Russian-speaking community, offering instruction in core subjects — including mathematics, natural sciences, history, and music — in both German and Russian simultaneously from Grades 1 through 13.

Founded to serve the significant Russian-speaking diaspora in Berlin, ILS provides children with the opportunity to develop fully bilingual German-Russian competency while earning the German Abitur. The school also offers English from the earliest grades, producing graduates who are genuinely trilingual.
