About SchoolVita

What SchoolVita is

SchoolVita is an independent, free website for families choosing an international or private school in a new city. We cover the cities where expat families most often move — including Dubai, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and more — and we put the things parents compare side by side: curriculum, age range, location and indicative annual fees.

We are not owned by a school group or an education company.

Where our information comes from

School profiles are compiled from each school's own website and published fee schedules, and from public sources such as education regulators where they publish fee data. We check that every school we list is real and that its website, email and phone belong to it; schools we could not verify are removed.

Fees are indicative. Schools change fees every year and charge extras (registration, building levies, transport, exams) that are not always published. Always confirm current fees and availability with the school before deciding. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

We do not publish ratings or reviews, and we do not rank schools by how much they pay us.

How enquiries work

When you send an enquiry through SchoolVita, you choose which schools receive it. We pass your details only to those schools so their admissions teams can reply to you. We screen enquiries for spam first.

How SchoolVita is funded

SchoolVita is free for families. Schools can claim their listing for free and may pay to receive enquiries or to be shown as Featured. Featured schools are always labelled, and payment never changes the fees or details we show for any school. More on this on our page for schools.
