About Victoria International School of Sharjah

Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) opened in September 2007 on Al Taawun Street and was officially opened in 2010 under an agreement between the Australian state of Victoria and the Government of Sharjah. It is a subsidiary of Sharjah Asset Management and describes itself as not-for-profit. VISS also runs campuses in Tilal, the Central Region, Kalba and Khor Fakkan.

The school teaches the Australian Victorian Curriculum. In Grades 11 and 12 students can take the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, as VISS is an authorised IB World School, or the Global Citizen Diploma accredited by Cognia. SPEA rates the school Very Good.

For 2026-27, annual tuition at the Al Taawun campus ranges from AED 32,000 in Nursery to AED 78,400 in the senior years, plus a resource levy of AED 500 to AED 1,800.
