Depending on which services you use, and whether your child’s school is a part of the SchoolVita group of “on-boarded ” schools, we collect the following information:
We collect the content that you provide when you register to create an account, add your child’s school and class.
Information that is in the public domain, for example that which is available in print in published school diaries, may be either provided for selected schools by us as a built-in service, or added by you, or added by an on-boarded school.
Information about your child’s marks, exam timetables may be either added by you or by an on-boarded school.
We do not collect such information
If you use our Services for financial transactions (like when you pay school fees or subscribe to the Child Locator facility), we ask your credit and debit card information and other account and authentication information, as well as billing, shipping and contact details, but we do not store it
We collect information about the mobile phone where you install or access our services. If you have subscribed to our Child Locator facility, we obtain geographic location of the GPS locator device through GPS signals.
We collect information when you select and respond to advertisements from our app or on 3rd party websites
We use the information we collect to provide and support our Services in the following ways.
We use the information in our systems to deliver timely alerts and meaningful analysis.
We use your location to provide local advertisements, events and offers in your area.
We send you information to communicate with you about our services, changes and additions and to respond to you when you contact us.
We use your location and responses to advertisements to deliver relevant ads, services, offers and events.
We use your mobile phone, location and one secret relationship to authenticate you, to ensure that only authorized user gets access to the information and to deny access to others.
You can use our Services to share certain information with others. We make this possible by sharing your information in the following ways:
When you choose to share certain information, you choose the social media platform of your choice and on that platform you choose whom to share with. Our app allows you to select from several popular social media platforms. You choose what to share and over what media. We just enable.

We use the informant we have about you to show you relevant ads, events and offers. We do not share information that personally identifies you or that can be used to contact or identify you personally with advertising, measurement or analytics partners.
We transfer our data with those who globally support our business, such as providing technical infrastructure, data backup services, providing customer service, technical support, payments facilitation, banks, surveys in a way that is consistent with this Data Policy and the agreements we enter with them.
You can delete your account any time. When you delete your account, we delete your registration and child(ren) information. If you child information is part of the school-provided information with us, it would remain in the system, but would not be accessible to any one.
